To ensure your close-out submission passes technical audit without delay, please ensure you have the following digital files prepared and ready for upload before filling out this form. Incomplete submissions cannot be saved or processed for payout.

Mandatory PDF Documents (Max 10MB per file)

Certificate of Compliance (COC): Clean, legible copy signed by a registered Wireman.

Signed Customer Handover & SLA: Official handover document physically signed and dated by the customer.

OEM Warranty Registration Proofs: Portal registration certificates for the inverter, battery, and solar panels.

Municipal SSEG Submission Document: Official SSEG application confirmation, reference letter, or approval certificate.

Installer Tax Invoice: Addressed to Solar Europe (Pty) Ltd matching your approved Step 3 rate payout to the cent.

High-Resolution Site Photos (JPEG or PNG, Max 15MB per file)

Inverter Setup: Clear photo showing mounted inverter, clear wall space, and neat cable trunking/conduit.

Battery Setup: Photo showing battery bank, dedicated DC isolator switch, fuse holder, and earthing.

DB Boards (Open & Closed): Clear views of AC/DC distribution boards showing breakers, Surge Protection Devices (SPDs), and safety labeling.

Roof Panel Array: Clear photo showing array layout, mounting frame attachments, and array earthing.
